Ambridge

Ambridge will be assigned the designation of 93. However, there will be a limited number of routes considering that Ambridge is in actuality a Beaver County community, and BCTA (Beaver County Transit Authority) does provide a limited stop service from Ambridge to Downtown. The routes are as follows:

  • 931N: Ohio Valley
  • 931W: Ambridge – Airport

931N: Ohio Valley

The 931N: Ohio Valley will replace the 14: Ohio Valley in all routing aspects. This will include termination to Allegheny Station. Those needing to transfer to Downtown for free can do so with the Blue: Downtown LRT route.

931W: Ambridge – Airport

The 931W: Ambridge – Airport will be a new route providing a direct line service to Pittsburgh International Airport. The 931W: Ambridge – Airport will use Ohio River Blvd to Sewickley Bridge. The 931W: Ambridge – Airport will turn onto University Blvd and use University Blvd to get to the Pittsburgh International Airport. One advantage of the 931W: Ambridge – Airport is there is a direct connection with Pittsburgh International Airport, and Beaver County. BCTA will be able to make new schedules if there is any demand for connections to the Airport.
