Northview Heights will be given a designation of 34. This will be simple enough, and while I would have wanted another community close enough to serve more routes under this designation, three will have to do. The routes are as follows:
- 341N: Spring Garden
- N341: Spring Hill
- N342: Charles
341N: Spring Garden
The 341N: Spring Garden will operate on a regular frequency throughout the day on weekdays. The 341N: Spring Garden will leave Northview Heights through Ramage Street to connect with Spring Garden Avenue. The 341N: Spring Garden will then serve Spring Garden Avenue to Chestnut Street. The 341N: Spring Garden will connect to E. Ohio Street to Madison, and then Madison to Spring Garden Avenue. On the return trip, the 341N: Spring Garden will then serve Spring Garden Avenue to Ramage, and then from Ramage to Nortview Heights.
This route does operate on a regular schedule, but there is no need for service to Downtown. For those wishing to go to Downtown from Spring Garden Avenue will have transfer to the N341: Spring Hill
N341: Spring Hill
The N341: Spring Hill will operate much in the same way that the current 6: Sping Hill does, but the Downtown routing will be change. This will no longer connect with the East Busway. For those that would need to go to the East Busway for any reason can board the Gold: Golden Triangle to get to Grant Street, and the western terminus of the East Busway is a simple walk away.
N342: Charles
The N342: Charles will operate much as it currently does. There will be no changes until the Swindle Bridge is rebuilt. Once that happens, the route will be shorten to use this bridge from Charles Avenue. Since I don’t know when the repairs/replacment will be done, I can’t give an idea of when this will happen. As with the N341: Spring Hill, the N342: Charles will not connect with the East Busway. Instead, the 342: Charles will use the consolidated, and uniform route through Downtown.
